I hope you will be delighted with your purchase - every piece is designed and handmade by me, and each one is unique. Please read product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing your order, as slight variations in colour, texture and finish are part of the character of handmade work.
Returning an Item
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return most items purchased through my website within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To arrange a return, please email kathwilliamsart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying me.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Returned in their original packaging where possible
Free from damage caused after delivery
I reserve the right to reduce the value of any refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods. I recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
Commissioned artwork or bespoke jewellery made specifically to your requirements
Workshop bookings (please see Workshop Cancellation Policy if applicable)
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order on arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the item and its packaging where possible.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged on arrival, I will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, I will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or evidence that it has been returned).
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Return postage costs are only refunded if the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error.
Handmade Nature of My Work
Each piece is individually handmade using traditional techniques. Small variations in colour, texture, shape and finish are not defects but part of what makes every piece unique.
